Visit Visas
If you are looking to holiday in New Zealand, or wish to visit family and friends, then you can do so through a visitor visa. Under the Visitor Visa Category are a range of visas that allow you to come to New Zealand for a holiday or to visit friends and family. There are also special visitor visas that allow other activities like short term study or some business activities.
Student Visas
This visa allows you to study in New Zealand for a period of more than 3 months. You need to be enrolled with an approved education provider. We deal with onshore and offshore student visa applications. We can assist you with subsequent student visa, extension of your study, change of course and other matters relating to your student visa. Studying in New Zealand at a University or Tertiary Institution is a great way to migrate to New Zealand and obtain an internationally recognised qualification.
Partner Visa
This is a permanent visa for the partner of an eligible New Zealand citizen and resident. The New Zealand citizen must sponsor the partner. If your partner is a New Zealand resident/citizen, but you have been together for less than 12 months, you may be granted a temporary work visa valid for a maximum of 24 months. If your partner is a work visa holder, your partnership work visa would be granted for the same duration as theirs.
Parent Visa
This is a permanent visa for parents of eligible New Zealand citizens and residents. The New Zealand citizen must sponsor the visa applicants. An Expression of Interest (EOI) is required. People whose EOI has been drawn from the pool might be invited to apply for residence.
Entrepreneur / Investment Visa
Business Visas are for experienced business persons, intending to buy or establish their own business and for investors. Options are available for experienced business persons interested in being self-employed in their own business in New Zealand or persons who have successfully established their own business or those who can invest NZ$ 750,000 upwards.
